You must accept the terms and conditions of the site before any orders or transactions are accepted for delivery or completion.

1. General:

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime, without notice.

Any such changes will take effect from when the date is posted on the website.

2. Prices:

Prices for products and service are in £ sterling and are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless special offers state otherwise

Prices are subject to variation from time to time, however the price stated at the time of acceptance of your order will be the price charged to you.

3. Right to Refuse:

Shell2Smoke reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time.

Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability.

4. Setup and Payment:

(I). The buyer represents and warrants that the credit card information given is true, correct and complete. The charges incurred by the buyer will be honoured by the buyers credit card company and so the buyer will pay for these charges including any applicable taxes.

Please note that a credit card fee of 2.5% on the total amount will apply for transactions made by Visa / Mastercard  

(II). When your online order is complete, your credit card details will be processed by HSBC bank.

Shell2Smoke will receive your order directly but payment authorisation will be forwarded to and completed by HSBC bank. 

5. Privacy:

Shell2Smoke shall not be held liable in any part for losses incurred or sustained by customers who transmit information to us by means of e-mail or other Internet link.

If you are unsure about sending your details via the Internet, we may be able to accept the order by phone, fax, postal order or even cash payments for goods and services.

6. Delivery:

Upon acceptance of your order you will be provided with a confirmation and approximate delivery date by e-mail or fax.

Standard deliveries apply to mainland England , Wales , Lowland Scotland only.

For all parts of Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Offshore areas you will need to obtain a seperate quote / pay a surcharge on standard delivery.

All deliveries must be signed for and we can only deliver to the address where your credit / debit card is recorded as held.

We make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated time scale of the date confirmed, however delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shell2Smoke shall be under no liability for any, loss or damage arising due to late or non delivery.

7. Returns / Refund Policy:

If an item purchased is not to the buyers satisfaction Shell2Smoke will only accept goods for return on condition that:

1. The goods are returned within 14 days of the date of delivery and are returned in their orginal condition with the packaging undamaged.

On acceptance of a valid return the company will:

(a) Credit the buyer of the amount originally charged (less carriage + a handling charge of 5%)

OR

(b) Send out a replacement or exchange.

Shell2Smoke reserves the right not to accept goods for return at their sole discretion.

Please note that the above refunds and returns policy does not apply to shelters which have been assembled / installed by ourselves.

8. Warranties:

A 1 year manufacturers warranty applies only to the following products:

Shelters: S2SF1 - S2SF3, S2SP1 – P3, S2SW1

The warranties available for the mentioned products covers only manufacturing defects / faults, not damage caused due to vandalism.

9. Disclaimers:

Shell2Smoke is providing this site on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties.

Shell2Smoke makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site. The information in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Shell2Smoke howsoever arising from any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. No liability for loss or damage arising from the use of this website by any person or body will be accepted by Shell2Smoke or any of its directors. Such loss or damage referred to includes loss or damage of any kind including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property or persons and third party claims.

10. Use of Information:

Shell2Smoke reserves the right, and buyer authorizes Shell2Smoke to the use and assignment of all information regarding buyers use of the site and all information provided by the buyer subject to applicable law.

Shell2Smoke will not share the buyers personal details with any third party, and will use the personal details solely for marketing purposes of informing you of any related products or offers. Please inform us if you do not wish to be contacted.
